MJW attempts to prove he’s not dead. #life #pulsepositive #notavampire #michaeldidntdiewhite
Got off from set early last night and had the chance to share with some local Martial Art family while I’m filming here in Louisville Kentucky. I was proud of what these brothers and sisters are doing with the youth in their community! They are reminiscent to the heroes who nurtured me as a youth, and set me on my way to prosper from their teachings. This is why I will ALWAYS give back whenever I can!
Now, if you see me about to do a spinning kick, just move. You see what happens, you see when his shoulders move, he moves immediately. So a trick is, so remember, I gotta get this foot to him, right?

This is my most unfair kick ever! I’d only use it when I HAD TO score or end a match because no one has ever blocked it successfully. Once they went for the block, I’d turn it into the hook to the temple or sidekick to the face, depending on what was open. In sparring, I’d grab my foot or go over the head of my partner as not to injure him. It’s pretty evil and I’ve felt guilt over the years from using it so please, if you master it, be responsible. #mma #kicking #ufc #karate #movement #warrior #michaeljaiwhite
Some things that work in person don't look good on camera. I have no experience. It's weird, like this kick here. Just block it. I'm just going to throw it slow. This kick almost nobody ever blocks, right? But it don't look good on camera. If I go here.

Can't believe this shit. First of all, you don't even know what she did. You gonna come into my gym and chastise me about my wife? You better get the fuck out of here while you still can. You're gonna be sorry if you stuck your nose in my business.
