Our Service displays content that is not owned by Viralist. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available.

• Content Embedding: We do not download, copy, or store creator content on our servers. Instead, we utilize embed features provided by the source platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram). This means content is streamed directly from the third-party platform's servers and is subject to their terms and policies.
• Attribution: We make every effort to ensure that all embedded content retains its original source attribution, linking back to the creator and the platform of origin.
• No Ownership Claimed: Viralist claims no ownership rights over the content created by third parties. All trademarks, logos, and content displayed on our Site via embedding are the property of their respective owners.
• Copyright Concerns: If you are a copyright owner and believe that content has been displayed on our Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us.

Viralist is an independent service. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram), Google LLC (YouTube), ByteDance Ltd. (TikTok), or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The names Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
