Os filhos vão crescendo e não percebemos imediatamente, quando paramos para observar, cai a ficha, o tempo passa. O tempo passa e nos vemos em algumas atitudes deles, vemos eles seguindo os ensinamentos que passamos, a evolução, o ser humano que estamos deixando no mundo. O maior desafio é educar, repassar valores e princípios que balizarão o futuro, é deixar ser criança, ensinar responsabilidades de adulto, transferir lições de vida. É ter neles uma versão muito melhor que a nossa! (Élida Pereira Jerônimo) Children grow up and we don’t realize it immediately, when we stop to observe, it sinks in, time passes. Time passes and we see ourselves in some of their attitudes, we see them following the teachings we pass on, evolution, the human being we are leaving in the world. The biggest challenge is to educate, to pass on values ​​and principles that will guide the future, to stop being a child, to teach adult responsibilities, to transfer life lessons. It’s having a much better version of them than ours!

Se o ser humano fosse um sistema operacional de computador, poderíamos dizer que ele acaba de ser atualizado. A vida agora começa aos 50, não mais aos 30, e essa afirmação não é um mero palpite: ela está baseada em fatos, pesquisas e estatísticas. As mães de 50 hoje estão no mesmo patamar de expectativas de seus filhos, estão prontas para ingressar em universidades, mudar de profissão, enveredar no mercado de trabalho! São mulheres que sabem o que querem e o que não querem! Saem com as amigas para um happy hour porque entendem o quanto isso faz bem à saúde… Cuidam de sua alimentação e praticam atividades físicas com regularidade. As mulheres de 50 não se rendem mais a menopausa, dão a volta nela! Buscam tratamentos, conhecimento, a partir do qual, lidam melhor com todas as transformações que seu corpo está passando. Melhor do que suas próprias filhas em tenra idade😀 Apenas iniciamos nosso 2º ato, repleto de perspectivas, mas agora com muita maturidade! Podemos ser mães e amigas que acompanham seus filhos. Podemos inspira-los, nessa caminhada, somos jovens, a vida tem muito a nos dar!! Viva os 50🎉🎉🎉 If the human being were a computer operating system, we could say that it has just been updated. Life now begins at 50, no longer at 30, and this statement is not a mere guess: it is based on facts, research and statistics. Mothers over 50 today are at the same level of expectations as their children, they are ready to enter universities, change professions, enter the job market! They are women who know what they want and what they don’t want! They go out with their friends for happy hour because they understand how good it is for their health… They take care of their diet and practice physical activity regularly. Women over 50 no longer surrender to menopause, they get around it! They seek treatments, knowledge, from which they can better deal with all the transformations their body is going through. Better than your own daughters at a young age😀 We have just started our 2nd act, full of perspectives, but now with a lot of maturity! We can be mothers and friends who accompany their children. We are young, life has a lot to give us!! Long live 50🎉🎉🎉

Quanto mais falo, mais me liberto, mais me sinto segura, mais tenho certeza de que é depois dos 40, 50 que a gente começa a viver uma das melhores fases da vida. Mas precisamos trabalhar a transformação e mudança na cabeça.... 50, 60, 70, 80… mulheres lindas, cada qual em sua fase de vida! A cada dia ficamos mais livres de estereótipos de idade e quero conectar e ajudar a libertar mulheres da minha geração nesse sentido... A nossa geração será uma das primeiras com mais expectativa de vida no pós menopausa. Os avanços da medicina e da inteligência artificial estão a nosso favor, entendemos mais sobre boa alimentação, atividade física, meditação, autocuidado.
