요, 이거 바스 만들기예요. 바스는 설탕이에요, 백설탕. 기름으로 하는 이유는 조금 더 빛이 나고 조금 더 단단해요. 갈색이 나기 시작하거든요. 그때부터 그냥 저어가지고 빨리 녹아요. 이렇게 약간 바삭해지기 시작하면 불을 조금 낮출 수 있어요. 그래서 빨리 움직여야 해요. 할게요, 할게요.
