Here's the type of appliance I use for my rental property. Christopher, LG, stay away from these. When they break, what they do often, hard to get parts for them. Samson is another brand, stay away from when they break, hard to get parts for those. GE, I like GE. Real good quality, easy to get parts to. Whopoo is another great brand, good built, they don't break often. When they do, easy to get parts for them.

So out of all my single family, all my apartment building, if the bathroom doesn't have ideal, perfect ventilation, this is what we use, this timer. What happens is we put this timer set up to the fan and it basically every three hours is an automatic turn on and it runs for like 20 minutes. And by doing this, it actually helps
