Today I have spoken to a friend about shoulder recovery after surgery and how long does it take to come back playing for a goalkeeper … he didn’t want to believe I played a @premierleague game in the 9th week after both shoulders surgery when prediction was 15 weeks 😅… so I found this video from the week 3 when I couldn’t lift my arms above 90 degrees and was not allowed any rotations outside of the body , so we came up with this drill with robot shooting exactly on the body that both conditions were met eliminating the risk while working on hand eye coordination ✅💪🏻 … It’s about what you can do rather than about what you can’t do while injured ! ( and yes I used to have a lot of hair 😆)
