So I showed you guys how to make my homemade ranch, my lightened up homemade ranch. So one of the things that I do when I'm on the go is I'll pack a snack with me. And this is a perfect example of something I'll do. So ranch at the bottom of a mason jar or whatever vessel you guys want. And I will take some chopped veggies.
A zingy topper to have handy in the fridge: pickled purple cabbage! #GetYourPrepOn with this beautiful addition to a meal💜 #PrepOn
I'm putting that on some tacos. Yum. Quick recipe, pickled cabbage. A cup of ume plum vinegar, one and a half cups of water, three tablespoons of coconut sugar. I like coconut sugar too, 'cause it's not as sweet. Little bit of salt and let's cook this down.
