Balancing self-care with a young baby is not easy, but these past four days have showed its importance. From stress management to sleep, exercise to trauma, delving into various aspects of wellbeing with Catie and Boniface amidst the tranquil settings of Six Senses has been enlightening. Thanks to @sixsensesdourovalley, @oonaseries, @catiemiller, and @boniface_vc for looking after me and my family so amazingly. #sixsenses #retreat
Still dreaming of that lovely day we got to spend at the worlds best hotel Passalacqua on Lake Como celebrating all things Emilia Wickstead 🧡
