This is definitely one of the craziest automations I’ve ever built… And you can build the same thing All you need is a make.com account, a manychat account, and an OpenAI account. You can easily connect all 3 of these tools to create an automated DM setter for your business. You can give the AI custom knowledge about your business, a calendly link to send, and you can even give it a name. This works for inbound and outbound sales. It’s what I run my entire agency off of. 2️⃣ Airtable Airtable is where you should store all of your data, and build interfaces to interact with it. I’ve used this to build entire SAAS prototypes to generate #AI scripts, blogs, images, & videos. 3️⃣ n8n This tool is much less known, but I use it all the time for the times when make won’t work. If I ever need to use a cron job or complex Python code, I’m usually automating in n8n You can get really creative with this combination of tools, and honestly the possibility of what you can build is pretty much limitless I had an audio issue yesterday—so today’s a short upload. You shouldn’t (and usually can’t) automate the entire thing, but you can get 75% of the way there with tools like Make.com & Airtable. But how does it work? You can start an onboarding automation from 3 main triggers. 1️⃣ Client Contract Signed 2️⃣ Invoice Paid 3️⃣ Client Updated in CRM All of these are great triggers for an onboarding automation, but it’s good to pick the trigger that will work best with your current business set up.
