Today my concussion took a downturn. I have been up on my feet for over a week, but I overdid it this weekend...too much manual labour out in the punishing Hawaii heat. 🥵 Too much in general for someone on the mend from a big head injury. I realized that my friend had covered this up because she has kids and she believes in a faith whose foundational myth has the symbol of human purity being nudity in nature and the symbol of fall of man.

Okay, can I just say that going through perimenopause while the world is on fire is really confusing because you just never know what is the state of the world and what is the state of your hormones.
Verdict's in...I do have brain damage from my tbi. Comforting to know my cognitive decline isn't just peri-menopause, discomforting to know what an uphill battle it will be to try to reverse the deficiencies. Hi. So I just recorded this video and had music playing the whole time on my phone and then went to watch it back and realized that all you can hear is the music, you can't hear a word I say. It's late on January 1st, the first day of 2020.
