So if you're learning data engineering from scratch in 2025, here's what I would do. First, I would learn SQL. SQL is the English of data engineering. Without it, you can't do anything else. There's a tool called data lemur that I would recommend you check out. It's a very powerful way to practice and learn SQL. You just need to learn the basic command select from where having group by order by
