Yesterday we kicked off this year’s 5k-a-Day Challenge. I’m going to be running 155km throughout December all in aid of the Foundation. Every penny raised goes directly to those who need it most by providing free sporting opportunities for disadvantaged kids in Greater Manchester and the North East.
