If you want to give yourself the ick and really get motivated to consume less in 2026, here are three things you can do. In 2025, I set out to buy less and buy better. And in 2026, I'm taking it to the next level to refine intentionally. And I would love if you decided to join me. So getting into it, the first thing is to watch the documentary called Buying
