Footbag 😁 I am still looking to find new ways to keep myself in good shape, with the ball at my feet, to entertain and teach at the same time 😁🙌🏻 Young people who dream of becoming football players, if u r by urself and If u know how to improvise, do it! Use the environment around u like i do here 🙌🏻 I improvised this on the spot! As u know, in the game, physical contact is inevitable and if u play against big strong defenders u NEED TO KNOW HOW TO PROTECT THE BALL AND STAY STRONG 👊🏻 At the same time u need to know how to move around as well and KEEP THE BALL CLOSE TO UR BODY🕺🏻 All of the above is in the video, just in more unorthodox way 😉 If i can do it at 45 u can do it 👊🏻 #football
