Our role with Bitcoin really is to look at with crypto really is to look at the banks and and you know we we think it's you know banks are perfectly able to serve crypto customers as long as they understand and can manage the risks and it's safe safe and sound as many of us a good number of our banks

Our banking system, it was weaponized against the vast majority of people in our country, either the people that don't have the zeros on their balance sheet or people who might have worn that red hat that said, "Make America Great Again." And it forced me into the crypto world. And I'm telling you, if the banks don't watch what's coming, they're going to be extinct in 10 years.

I only care about one thing. Will crypto be-- will we be number one in crypto? Crypto has turned out, and in that sense, I've been right. Crypto has turned out to be a massive industry, if you want to call it that. And I'm very proud to say that we are far and away ahead of China and everybody else. Now, China is getting into it very big right now.

Now, I know you have been a leader in willing to embrace crypto. You have made it so that people can be in Bitcoin. We hear that you are thinking about Ethereum. These are incredible things. Now, BlackRock is not known as a gunslinger by any means, so you obviously must believe that this may be as an alternative.

I sometimes will let people pay through Bitcoin, or will let people get involved in a new-- if you think of it, it's an additional form of currency. And I used to say, I want one currency. I want the dollar. I don't want people leaving the dollar. And I feel that way.
